Production Engineer

Parshwa Furnitures is looking for a skilled Production Engineer to manage and coordinate technical and production activities at our furniture manufacturing factory.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of AutoCAD furniture production processes technical drawings measurements and production coordination. The candidate will work closely with the design and factory teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of furniture projects.

• Prepare read and interpret AutoCAD drawings for furniture manufacturing.
• Convert designs and drawings into practical production requirements.
• Coordinate with the design team production team carpenters and factory workers.
• Prepare and verify technical drawings measurements dimensions and specifications.
• Monitor the production process and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings.
• Check dimensions materials and specifications before and during production.
• Identify and resolve technical or production-related issues.
• Coordinate with the Production Manager to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Assist in production planning and workflow management.
• Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and minimize material wastage.
• Conduct quality checks during different stages of production.
• Make necessary drawing or technical modifications as required.
• Maintain production-related drawings records and documentation.
• Ensure finished furniture meets required design measurement and quality standards.
• Coordinate with installation/site teams when required.

• AutoCAD is mandatory.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in furniture manufacturing interior production or related industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and technical drawing.
• Good understanding of furniture manufacturing and production processes.
• Ability to understand measurements dimensions materials and technical specifications.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with factory workers and production teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and quality focus.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple production requirements.
