Position Overview:
We are seeking a Product Owner who operates at the intersection of business technology and innovation. The ideal candidate combines a strong understanding of Agile delivery with a passion for AI-driven product enablement. This role involves defining the product vision managing the backlog and collaborating across cross-functional teams to deliver intelligent user-focused and scalable digital solutions. Experience in Media platforms Digital subscription workflow Circulation system is highly preferred.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Define and communicate product vision strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
Partner with data science and engineering teams to embed AI/ML capabilities within products.
Evaluate AI use cases define success metrics and ensure ethical impactful AI adoption.
Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and feasibility.
Write epics user stories and acceptance criteria to guide delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders using Confluence and Microsoft Teams for transparent communication.
Analyze product performance feature adoption and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Champion Agile principles experimentation and iterative delivery.
Education Experience and Requirements
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Engineering or related field.
5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a digital or technology-driven environment.
Proven experience in Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management.
Strong understanding of AI/ML applications automation and data-driven product design.
Experience with Jira and Confluence for backlog and documentation management.
Excellent communication prioritization and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams for coordination and collaboration.
Certifications such as CSPO PSPO or PMI-ACP are preferred.
Experience in Media platforms Digital subscription workflow Circulation system is a strong plus.
Exposure to AI product delivery prompt engineering or AI solution scoping is mandatory .
