• Setup teams for future projects
• Good Knowledge and experience in Agile processes including Scrum
• Manage Backlog and priorities for the development team
• Risk management and mitigation planning
• Resource allocation and management
• Excellent Collaboration Program Management and Team management skills
• Project monitoring and tracking tools (e.g. JIRA)
• Quality assurance and control
• Stakeholder communication and reporting
• Change management
• Should be ready for 24/7 support for the production applications
• Should understand and technically knowledgable for fullstack java script/python based applications
• Should understand requirement and conceptualise and define architecture

• Business fluent English
• University degree in computer science or a comparable field of study (./ ./ ./ Ph.D.).

• At least 10 years of experience in Product development with Lead experience.
• Project Management Excellent Communication Networking and Organizing Skills.
• Skilled in Jira Confluence GitHub etc
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and good problem-solving skills
