Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Setup teams for future projects
Good Knowledge and experience in Agile processes including Scrum
Manage Backlog and priorities for the development team
Risk management and mitigation planning
Resource allocation and management
Excellent Collaboration Program Management and Team management skills
Project monitoring and tracking tools (e.g. JIRA)
Quality assurance and control
Stakeholder communication and reporting
Change management
Should be ready for 24/7 support for the production applications
Should understand and technically knowledgable for fullstack java script/python based applications
Should understand requirement and conceptualise and define architecture

Basic requirements and Education

Business fluent English
University degree in computer science or a comparable field of study (./ ./ ./ Ph.D.).

Required Experience and Skills

At least 10 years of experience in Product development with Lead experience.
Project Management Excellent Communication Networking and Organizing Skills.
Skilled in Jira Confluence GitHub etc
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders
Ability to work independently and good problem-solving skills
