Job Overview:

This role involves driving the go-to-market strategy overseeing product development managing customer relationships and ensuring the product alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products expand market reach and achieve growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for multiple product offerings across various BUs.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends customer needs and competitive landscapes.
• Oversee the market positioning of products within each BU and ensure alignment with overall company goals.
• Collaborate with Product Managers across different BUs to define and finalize Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and ensure product alignment across all BU lines.
• Provide input on competitive analysis pricing strategies and market positioning for each BU.
• Support the planning development and execution of product launches for different BU offerings.
• Work with Marketing team to develop content for webpages brochures videos blogs and webinars.
• Assist the Sales Team in engaging target customers across BUs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across BUs.
• Gather customer feedback understand pain points and incorporate insights into product development for various BUs.
• Work closely with engineering design R&D quality assurance and operations teams to ensure seamless product development across BUs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams ensuring alignment on product

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Electronics Computer Science Engineering or relevant fields.
• 4 years of experience in product management with a proven track record in managing products across multiple business units or product lines from Electronic Components/ Semiconductor industry.
• Experience in industries such as embedded systems IoT vision systems automotive wireless communications or similar verticals is a plus.
• Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies market research and product development lifecycle.
