Product Manager KAM
Job Summary
- Own the marketing strategy and execution for assigned key hospital chains and strategic accounts.
- Develop and implement 360 account-based marketing plans aligned with revenue and business objectives.
- Engage and influence key stakeholders including CXOs HODs procurement teams clinical leaders and hospital marketing teams.
- Identify growth opportunities white spaces and opportunities for new product adoption across hospital networks.
- Plan and execute CMEs clinical workshops product demonstrations and customer engagement programs.
- Create tailored account-specific marketing content including ROI decks case studies executive presentations and value propositions.
- Partner with KOLs and clinical experts to build evidence-based success stories testimonials and outcome-driven narratives.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Product Training and Service teams to drive account growth and customer engagement.
- Track campaign performance product adoption competitive activity and customer insights to optimize marketing impact.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Healthcare Life Sciences or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 6-10 years of experience in Key Account Marketing Strategic Marketing Product Marketing or Account-Based Marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of hospital operations clinical workflows procurement processes and healthcare buying cycles.
- Experience working with large healthcare chains such as Apollo Fortis Max Manipal Narayana Health or similar organizations.
- Background in MedTech Medical Devices Diagnostics Healthcare Technology or Pharmaceutical industries.
- Excellent stakeholder management presentation content development analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.
