Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Product Manager specializing in Backing Services to lead strategic initiatives across three critical infrastructure domains: Cache as a Service (Cache-aaS) Database as a Service (DBaaS) and Storage as a Service (Storage-aaS). This pivotal role involves stewarding the growth and commercial success of our established Cache-aaS platform while simultaneously driving the end-to-end development discovery and launch of new DBaaS and Storage-aaS offerings from the ground up. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical acumen and a proven track record in managing complex product lifecycles within the cloud services sector.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute the comprehensive vision value proposition and strategic roadmap for the Cache-aaS portfolio ensuring sustained market growth and optimized commercial performance.
- Spearhead the zero-to-one journey for the DBaaS product line leading initial market discovery feature definition development coordination and successful market entry.
- Drive the productization and automation of manual workflows for the Storage-aaS initiative transforming concepts into scalable automated solutions.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle management including roadmap planning commercial strategy and performance tracking for all backing service offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development with business objectives and customer needs.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 9 years of professional experience in product management with a specific focus on infrastructure services.
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise in managing Cache-aaS DBaaS and Storage-aaS products.
- Proven ability to manage mature products while simultaneously building new offerings from scratch.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure service automation and commercial modeling.
- Ability to articulate a clear product vision and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Must be available to join within 15 days of offer acceptance.
- Competitive compensation expectations aligned with the range of 4043 LPA.
