Product Logistics Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Logistics Manager to manage end-to-end fulfilment warehouse distribution inventory 3PL and last-mile operations for our growing omnichannel jewellery business.

• Manage D2C fulfilment and retail store replenishment.
• Oversee warehouse inventory picking packing and dispatch operations.
• Manage 3PL courier and last-mile delivery partners.
• Ensure timely secure and insured movement of high-value jewellery.
• Manage returns reverse logistics and product traceability.
• Monitor logistics costs OTIF TAT RTO and other KPIs.
• Ensure GST and E-Way Bill compliance.
• Use WMS/OMS Excel and Power BI for logistics tracking and reporting.
• Lead the logistics team and implement SOPs and process improvements.

• 7–12 years of experience in Logistics Fulfilment Distribution or Supply Chain.
• Experience in D2C e-commerce retail or omnichannel is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse inventory 3PL and last-mile operations.
• Experience handling high-value/secure products is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of WMS/OMS Advanced Excel and Power BI.
• Strong vendor management negotiation and team-handling skills.
