JD:

Previous banking and finance background in Product roles.
Solid understanding of Risk & Controls frameworks including RCSA.
Understanding of Gen AI and Agentic AI concepts.
Hands on with writing Epics Stories Story Maps
Worked in Agile (Knowledge of SAFe Agile is preferred)
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Takes end to end ownership of deliverables
8 10 years of experience in Product Ownership Business Analysis or related roles in Agile environments in Technology Risk and control domain
Strong hands-on experience with user story writing story mapping backlog management and Scrum ceremonies.
