Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Own the technology roadmap across Drones and aerostat systems.
Build and lead the engineering organisation across embedded systems autonomy and GCS
software
Deliver ADITI-2.0 aerostat programme - autopilot architecture radar integration tether systems
Drive iDEX proposals patents and technical partnerships with DRDO DPSUs and premier
organisations.
Represent technology to investors government bodies and strategic partners alongside the CEO
Who We Are Looking For
10 years in deep-tech engineering with minimum 5 years in a technology leadership role
Hands-on expertise in autonomous UAVs embedded systems and Defence certifications
Proven track record of developing complex hardware-software integrated systems
Familiarity with ArduPilot/PX4 GNSS/RTK RF systems and Aerostat systems
Experience with the iDEX DRDO or Indian defence product developmen
