Job Summary
The Role
We are looking for a high-performing result-oriented Procurement Specialist who specializes in the bulk purchase of Dry Fruits Pulses and Spices. This is a role for a go-getter who understands the pulse of the market and can deliver results from Day 1.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Procurement: Sourcing and purchasing high-quality Dry Fruits Pulses and Spices at the most competitive market rates.
Vendor Management: Leveraging existing connections and building new ones with large-scale suppliers farmers and wholesalers.
Bulk Sourcing: Executing large-scale orders (minimum 10 Tons) while ensuring quality standards are met.
Logistics Coordination: Ensuring the purchased stock is successfully delivered to our designated warehouses.
Negotiation: Using expert persuasion skills to secure the best deals without relying on company credit or advance payment excuses.
Requirements-
Minimum 6 years of hardcore experience in agro-commodity /FMCG procurement.
You must have an established network of suppliers in the Spices Pulses and Dry Fruit categories.
You are capable of working independently (singularly) without constant supervision.
You do not bring excuses regarding market credit or advance payment demands. You know how to convince vendors and close deals based on trust and professional rapport.
We expect you to hit the ground running and initiate purchases from the first day of joining.

Attractive Hike: We offer a 15% to 35% hike on your current drawn salary.
Salary is credited punctually on the 10th day of every month.
Earn up to 1% incentive on the total deal value for securing highly reasonable prices and ensuring successful warehouse delivery.
