Procurement Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Procurement Officer to join our team in Jubail Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our procurement department you will be responsible for managing the entire procurement process ensuring cost-effective and efficient operations for our organization.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process including market research supplier negotiations purchase orders and accurate record-keeping
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Oversee logistics activities including product transportation inventory management and shipping
• Ensure compliance with company policies regulations and quality control standards
• Assist with financial aspects of procurement including vendor payments and budget management
• Handle legal matters related to procurement including contract management and dispute resolution
• Provide strategic advice to decision-makers on implementing effective procurement and logistic services
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management or related field with proven experience in procurement roles
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with the ability to interpret complex data and build relationships with suppliers
• Proficiency in procurement software and in-depth knowledge of procurement processes and international trade regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Saudi Arabian business practices preferred
