1. Handle end-to-end procurement of food raw materials (cheese flour tomato sauce spices edible oil meat vegetables packaging etc.).
2. Manage bulk purchasing for multiple outlets/cloud kitchens.
3. Identify evaluate and develop new vendors.
4. Negotiate prices contracts and commercial terms with suppliers.
5. Float RFQs/RFPs compare quotations and finalize suppliers.
6. Ensure timely procurement and uninterrupted availability of raw materials.
7. Monitor market prices and trends to reduce procurement costs.
8. Drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
9. Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance.
10. Coordinate with operations production warehouse and supply chain teams.
11. Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
12. Manage purchase orders contracts and procurement documentation.
13. Work on ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle and prepare procurement MIS reports.
14. Track inventory levels and plan procurement based on demand forecasts.
15. Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid stock shortages.
