Key Responsibilities:
Contract & Dispute Management: Handle logistics contract-related matters Invoice processing including amendments invoicing discrepancies and dispute resolution.
Case Management: Manage customer issues such as delays discrepancies or logistics-related queries ensuring quick resolution and customer satisfaction
KPI Metrics: Manage customer and Maersk internal KPIs including analysis and proactive measures.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role preferably within the shipping and logistics industry.
Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive and self-motivated capable of performing root cause analysis to resolve logistics issues independently such as shipment delays or route optimization challenges.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to evaluate logistics performance metrics optimize routes and reduce lead times.
Resilience Under Pressure: Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle logistics challenges such as disruptions or high-priority shipments with a high sense of urgency.
Adaptability: Eager to learn and adapt to evolving logistics technologies such as automated tracking systems and digital freight management
Shift Flexibility: Open to working in rotational shifts including evenings weekends and during high-demand periods such as peak shipping seasons.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in logistics-related software and Microsoft Office tools including Excel PowerPoint and Word.
