Process Excellence Analyst

Job Summary

Essential Job Functions:

• Process Analysis and Optimization - Assist the Lead in identifying and prioritizing processes for improvement. Conduct comprehensive process mapping and analysisincluding data collection and documentation. Apply lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies to pinpoint bottleneckswasteand optimization opportunities. Develop and implement improvement plansincluding process redesignautomationand standardization initiatives. Gather and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of process improvements andpresent findings to the Lead accordingly.

• Documentation and Collaboration - Assist with the development and maintenance of process documentation and improvement tracking systems. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather input and implement process changes.

Reports To: Manager Operations Excellence

Direct Reports: None

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:

• Hybrid role work in corporate office as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business administrationengineeringor related field of study.

• 2 years of experience working in process analysisdata analysisor similar.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification inLean Six Sigma Green Belt.
