Profile:Process Design Head

Experience:

• 10-15 years of relevant experience in water and wastewater process design.

Roles:

• Lead process design for STP ETP WTP and water-reuse projects.
• Develop process schemes PFDs P&IDs mass balances and hydraulic profiles.
• Perform and review tank equipment pump blower and chemical-dosing sizing.
• Select treatment technologies based on influent quality treated-water standards CAPEX OPEX and footprint.
• Review process designs vendor submissions specifications and engineering deliverables.
• Support tenders and technical proposals with process calculations BOQs and CAPEX/OPEX inputs.
• Lead technical discussions with clients consultants and PMCs.
• Support commissioning performance testing and plant optimisation.
• Develop design standards templates and engineering methodologies.
• Lead mentor and review the process-design team.
• Handle complete process design and provide technical support for STP/ETP projects.

Qualification:

• B.E./ in Chemical Environmental Civil Biotechnology or related engineering discipline
• Strong experience in STP ETP and advanced wastewater-treatment processes.
