Job Summary

Role Overview

The Process Coordinator (PC) will be responsible for monitoring daily operations ensuring data accuracy and tracking workflow progress. The role involves coordinating across teams identifying bottlenecks and ensuring timely issue resolution to meet daily targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Verification & Accuracy

  • Ensure all required data is collected and maintained accurately.
  • Verify completeness and correctness of operational data.

2. Process Tracking & Coordination

  • Monitor each stage of the workflow and identify delays or deviations.
  • Track where work is stuck and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth execution of tasks.

3. Follow-ups & Communication

  • Regularly follow up with team members and supervisors on pending tasks.
  • Politely remind stakeholders of deadlines and daily targets.
  • Act as a bridge between execution-level staff (DOERs) and supervisors.

4. Issue Resolution & Escalation

  • Identify problems and determine the appropriate person/team to resolve them.
  • Raise Help Tickets (H.T.) for issues and assign them to the concerned person.
  • Follow up on tickets until closure and confirm resolution with the concerned DOER.

5. Coordination with Planning Team

  • Highlight issues requiring corrective action to the Operations Planner.
  • Ensure that any planning-related corrections are handled by the designated authority.

  • Ability to coordinate with both labour-level and high level staff.

  • Candidate residing close to the office will be preferred.



Required Skills:
