Process Coach AR

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Process Coach Hospital Billing inRevenue Cycle Management (RCM) for the AR Process. The Process Coach will be responsible for training coaching and improving team performance while ensuring adherence to quality standards SLAs and process guidelines

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide process training and floor support to associates on Medical Billing and AR concepts.

2. Conduct refresher training sessions and coach employees to improve productivity and quality.

3. Monitor team performance and identify knowledge gaps and improvement areas.

4. Provide face-to-face feedback and share performance improvement plans with associates.

5. Support new joiners during onboarding and ensure smooth transition to production.

6. Collaborate with Operations and Training teams to improve process efficiency and quality.

7. Assist in creating and updating process documentation SOPs and training materials.

8. Analyze errors and provide corrective and preventive action plans.

9. Prepare and maintain training and performance reports.

10. Ensure attainment of Internal and External SLAs as per process requirements.

11. Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Education: Any Bachelors Degree.

Experience: 3.5 years in (Hospital Billing) Medical Billing and RCM in the AR Domain.

Skills: Strong knowledge of AR processes & Hospital Billingexcellent communication and coaching skills analytical abilities and proficiency in MS Office and relevant software.
