PROCESS ASSISTANT- RAD OPERATIONS, Tech Supply Chain (1073)

RAD (Rapid Asset Deployment) Process Assistant will be working at the RAD center to provide Rapid solution for IT Assets triage troubleshooting repairs and RMA/ARMAs. They will also be partnering with all the OEMs in India for RMA support.



Key job responsibilities
Bachelors degree in Computer science or IT related field (BCA MCA ).
Microsoft MCSE MCITP Systems Administrator (Active Directory)
3 to 5 years of relevant experience RMA/Repair of Laptops Desktops RF Scanners and IT Inventory Management /Networking
Proven skills in diagnosing PC/Laptop defects repair troubleshooting deployment and liquidation
Experience troubleshooting thin clients PCs RF scanners and portable handheld terminals
Knowledge on RMA process of all IT related equipments
Knowledge on Chip level PCB repair would be added advantage
Hands on experience in Windows OS imaging
Experience troubleshooting and maintaining laser printers and zebra printers.
Hands on experience in IT Inventory management
Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS DHCP OSI Model and TCP/IP protocols and applications
Ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms
Proven ability to work successfully with limited supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable communicating in person and via phone/messenger with peers management contractors and vendors.
We have a 5-day work week but given the 7 days a week operation the 2 scheduled days off will vary based on shift patterns and business needs.


- 3 years of customer-facing environment warehousing logistics or manufacturing experience
- Bachelors degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Excel

- Speak write and read fluently in English
