Process Assistant, L&D

Amazon is seeking a Team Leader for its L&D team.

Essential Functions
- Defining building and owning the execution of training processes right from Day 1 at FC
- Responsible for Hiring training and building up a highly motivated workforce to meet the operational requirements and continuously meeting the high bar on quality and productivity
- Coordinate with Operations PXT WFS WHS for matters related to workforce training & Operations
- Continuously improve the training process and attain a sustained level of performance standard. Initiate improvements to enhance quality standards reduce waste and eliminate unnecessary work
- Analysis of the data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and improve the performance
- Implement the formal process control and process improvement mechanisms such as Kaizen
- Highly motivated & self starting
- Team player Empathetic & Goal oriented

- 1 years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- 1 years of Microsoft Office (Word Excel and Outlook) experience
- high school diploma or equivalent
- High school or equivalent

- 2 years of Microsoft Office (Word Excel and Outlook) experience
