Job Description

Are you interested in playing a key role in defining the future of Aerospace and DefenseIf so we are hiring an ERP Business Analyst Order to Cash (O2C) to supportourof S/4HANA deployment.

TheOneRTXProcess & Systems Transformation Program will harmonize key business processes associated tools metrics and reporting across the company enabling the migration of capabilities into standardized ERP systems. RTX has chosen SAPs S/4HANA to enable our future ERP system and haslargely concludedthe strategic definition and design phase and is now entering theinitialblueprintingbuildand support phases.

This roleis responsible forsupporting the successful delivery within each phase of the program for the global build and ongoing deployments there after:

Build collaborate with an integrated team of external resources and internal RTX team members in the configuration and development of the common and extended deployments.

Testing support the creation and execution of test scenarios and scripts; work alongside business leaders and testers to ensure proper functionality and defect resolution.
Cutover & Hypercare support successful migration from legacy systems to new environments. Support go-live and the continuation of RTX business financial and operational performance.

You are the ideal candidate if you have experience working within an organization thatis responsible fordriving large scale complex programs and projects related to business process and system transformation ideally ERP implementation using SAPs S/4HANA solution.

Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with business and digital team members and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide guidance onutilizingthe ERP system effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions thatleveragingS/4HANA enhancing our workstream processes in alignment desired RTX operating model and industry best practices.
Support the creation of new and innovative solutions to support digital and business strategies and common design aspirations.
Assistdata team and process teams in data mapping activities and testing.
Document common solutions including configuration documents process flows and data policies.
Deliver functional specifications for any forms reports enhancements conversion programsintegrationsand workflowsdeemedin scope of the workstream as part of program.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems Engineering Finance or a related field.
7 years of hands-on SAP experience including configuration solution design testing deployment and production support.
Strongexpertisein SAP Project Systems (PS) including Project Structures WBS Elements Networks Milestones Cost Planning Budgeting Settlement and Project Billing.
Experience supporting integration between SAP Project Systems Sales and Distribution (SD) Finance (FI) Controlling (CO) Contract Management and Billing processes.
Proven experience leading business workshops gathering requirements designing solutions and supporting end-to-end project implementations.
Experience supporting project-based revenue recognition cost collection funding management and customer billing processes.
Ability to lead testing cycles defect triage cutover planning deployment andhypercaresupport activities.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and large-scale ERP transformation programs.
Demonstrated leadership mentoring stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). If you live within a reasonable commute of an RTX site with other colleagues you interact with your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles commuting to and from the assigned site is the employees personal responsibility.

Requires advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project
management. Practical to substantial knowledge of RTX projects programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience

Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in ScienceTechnology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
