Principal ERP Instructor – Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials

Oracle University is seeking a Principal ERP Instructor Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials to lead the design development delivery and ongoing maintenance of advanced functional learning experiences.

This is a senior individual-contributor role for an Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials expert who combines deep hands-on implementation or consulting experience with a passion for teaching and knowledge sharing.

You will translate complex Oracle Fusion ERP functionality and end-to-end business processes into practical courses hands-on labs demonstrations assessments and certification-aligned learning assets. You will also partner closely with Product Development and subject-matter experts to ensure content remains technically accurate reproducible and aligned with evolving product capabilities and quarterly releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design development delivery and maintenance of advanced Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials learning content.
• Develop courses hands-on labs realistic use cases demonstrations job aids assessments and certification-aligned assets covering Risk Management Receivables Collections Grants Management Project Financial Management Project Execution Management and adjacent ERP capabilities.
• Design and validate realistic end-to-end business scenarios spanning financial transactions project costing and billing grants administration receivables collections controls and risk processes.
• Translate complex functionality configurations business processes integrations reporting capabilities and quarterly release changes into clear learner-centered instruction.
• Partner with Oracle Product Development and other SMEs to understand emerging capabilities validate supported approaches resolve content issues and maintain alignment with product direction.
• Deliver selected live workshops recorded sessions product demonstrations and train-the-trainer programs for functional and technical audiences.
• Use learner feedback certification results customer needs and product changes to continuously improve learning assets.
• Provide functional leadership by defining content standards reviewing complex materials mentoring colleagues and developing reusable learning patterns across the Oracle University ERP portfolio.

Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory

• Bachelors degree in Business Finance Accounting Information Systems a related discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials experience implementing configuring supporting or consulting on the platform.
• Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP Financials processes configuration/setup security reporting integrations data migration and quarterly-release impacts.
• Deep expertise in one or more of the following areas with broader working knowledge across several:
  • Risk Management
  • Receivables
  • Collections
  • Grants Management
  • Project Financial Management
  • Project Execution Management
• Experience designing and validating end-to-end business scenarios across relevant financial project grants receivables collections and/or risk processes.
• Ability to independently learn emerging Oracle Fusion capabilities and translate complex functionality into practical learner-centered content.
• Experience developing learning assets such as instructor-led training digital learning recorded demonstrations hands-on labs job aids learner guides or assessments.
• Ability to create realistic sample data implementation scenarios lab environments and supporting functional documentation.
• Experience collaborating with Product Development product management implementation teams or customer-success organizations including exposure to prerelease or evolving software capabilities.
• Strong written communication presentation facilitation problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently manage changing priorities identify dependencies and risks and deliver high-quality content on schedule.

Good-to-Have

• Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP certifications relevant to Financials or the specified functional domains.
• Broad familiarity with adjacent Oracle Fusion capabilities such as General Ledger Payables Cash Management Expenses Procurement Assets Budgetary Control Financial Reporting and Enterprise Performance Management.
• Train-the-trainer and mentoring experience.
• Experience creating certification-aligned assessments and learning assets.
• Experience using generative AI tools to accelerate research curriculum design content development scenario creation documentation or quality assurance.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT Codex Oracle AI services or comparable enterprise-approved AI platforms.
• Strong prompting and AI-validation practices including responsible use covering privacy security intellectual property bias traceability and compliance.
