Precast Supervisor

A Precast Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily precast concrete production activities ensuring quality productivity safety and timely delivery of precast elements such as beams columns slabs wall panels girders stairs and other structural components.

• Supervise daily precast production activities in the casting yard.
  
• Plan and allocate manpower moulds and equipment for daily production targets.
  
• Ensure proper reinforcement fixing shuttering embedment placement concreting vibration and finishing.
  
• Monitor concrete pouring curing demoulding lifting and stacking activities.
  
• Coordinate with QA/QC for inspections and quality approvals.
  
• Ensure adherence to approved drawings specifications and production schedules.
  
• Monitor material consumption and reduce wastage.
  
• Coordinate with Planning QA/QC Stores and Dispatch teams.
  
• Maintain production reports DPRs and progress records.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and housekeeping.
