Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined Pre-Sales Engineer to support our sales team in qualifying leads understanding customer requirements preparing proposals and recommending suitable cloud and IT infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills along with a basic understanding of cloud computing web hosting servers networking and business email solutions. This role acts as the bridge between customers and the sales. Team ensuring prospects receive the right technical guidance before making a purchase decision.
Who we are:
Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Prepare and share quotations proposals and solution recommendations.
Assist customers in selecting appropriate services including: Public Cloud (AWS Azure GCP) VPS Hosting Dedicated Servers Backup & Disaster Recovery.
Knowledge of: Linux & Windows HostingVPS & Dedicated Servers Public Cloud (AWS Azure Google Cloud) Email Solutions Networking fundamentals Virtualization technologies
Understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts.
Ability to compare and recommend different hosting solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong presentation skills.

Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field. Certification in AWS Azure or Google Cloud is an added advantage. Experience with CRM software (HubSpot Zoho CRM Salesforce etc.). Experience in the Web Hosting Cloud ISP SaaS or IT Infrastructure industry is preferred.
