ROLESUMMARY

ThePortfolio & Operations Leadplays a pivotal role in enabling the effective delivery of theInternational Business Unit (IBU) DD&T portfolio. The role provides operational leadership to drive execution discipline improve portfolio visibility and ensure strong alignment across markets Centre of Excellence teams and key stakeholders.

Working in close partnership with market leadersCoEteams and the broader DD&T leadership team this roleestablishesand maintains the portfolio operating model governance cadence and reporting framework that underpin effective decision-making. It provides a single trusted view of portfolio priorities progress adoptionimpactand risks.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

PortfolioImplementation&Reporting

• Lead theimplementationand ongoing managementof the DD&T portfolio working closely withCoEstoidentifypriorities deliverymilestonesand impact measures

• Partner with Core Countries and ClusterLeaderstounderstandbusinessneedsandaccelerateadoption

• Establish and embedconsistent portfolio ways of working acrossCoEsand markets ensuring transparency and execution discipline

• Buildimplement&maintainDD&T portfolio tracking solutionprovidingvisibility of priorities progressimpactandrisksoutcomesaligned with Global frameworks

• Establishportfolio operating rhythm enabling effective governance decision makingandself-service visibility across markets andCoEs

• Deliver clear concise reporting and insightstoDD&T leadership

Operational Excellence

• Operationalizetrackingand reporting ofKPIs/QBRand performance metricsanddelivery outcomes.

• Monitor delivery performance risks and dependencies enabling early intervention

• Drive process simplification standardization and automation opportunities to improve efficiency scalability and consistency.
