Job Description – Portfolio Manager (Mortgage)

CTC: 4 LPA

The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for managing the mortgage loan portfolio ensuring healthy asset quality timely renewals customer servicing and coordination with internal stakeholders to maintain overall portfolio hygiene.

• Manage and monitor the assigned mortgage portfolio to ensure strong asset quality.

• Review repayment patterns and identify early warning signals.

• Ensure timely renewal documentation and compliance.

• Coordinate with credit operations and collections teams for end-to-end portfolio management.

• Handle customer queries service requests and relationship retention activities.

• Track delinquency trends and support recovery efforts wherever needed.

• Maintain portfolio MIS and prepare periodic reports for management review.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Mortgage / Home Loan / LAP portfolio management.

• Strong understanding of asset quality customer lifecycle and documentation.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage customer relationships and complete tasks within timelines.
