Job Summary

JD :

Act as the primary point of contact for site coordination and logistics
Design plan and execute Culture Club events including team offsites regular bi-weekly engagement activities and year-end celebrations.

Organize schedule and manage logistics for high-profile leadership visitor meetings

Content gathering and distribution of the regular BLR Newsletter.
Coordinate Individual Contributor (IC) development and mentorship initiatives. Drive logistics and execution for the upcoming Intern Tech Fair.
Organize and manage the AI Reset Week events and weekly unconference sessions. Provide end-to-end operational and coordination support for local Hackathons.
Maintain meticulous budget tracking logs for all site events culture initiatives and operational expenses to ensure compliance with allocated financial targets.
