Job Summary
We are hiring a Planning Engineer for our real estate construction projects in Kanpur. The role involves project planning scheduling monitoring MIS reporting resource planning and coordination to ensure timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Monitor project progress and track milestones.
- Prepare MIS reports dashboards S-curves and progress reports.
- Coordinate with Civil MEP Procurement and Execution teams.
- Manage resource planning and project controls.
- Conduct delay analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Support budgeting forecasting and project closeout activities.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Primavera P6 MS Project and Advanced Excel. Experience in residential commercial township or high-rise projects. Strong analytical planning and coordination skills.
