Are you passionate about driving a next-generation placement engine that helps candidates from underrepresented backgrounds land roles at forward-looking startups Most placement systems today rely heavily on traditional resumes and mass applications. This role is differentfocusing on a modern placement approach that goes far beyond resumes and lengthy cover letters.
As the Placement Outcomes Manager you will own the entire journey of helping young women become placement-ready and converting career opportunities into meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute & Implement Placement Readiness
Implement and refine the placement readiness model.
Ensure that every candidate exits the program with a strong portfolio and professional communication skills.
2. Drive Placement Outcomes
Support candidates in successfully applying for jobs remote/in-person internships and field opportunities.
Track and continuously improve interview feedback and final conversion rates.
3. Enable Interview & Group Discussion Readiness
Conduct and manage structured mock interviews and group discussions.
Train candidates to think clearly communicate confidently and approach interviews naturally as conversations.
4. Strengthen Visibility & Positioning
Guide candidates on building their LinkedIn presence and personal branding.
Ensure candidates effectively showcase their proof of work (portfolios live projects) visibility (video introductions) and clarity (storytelling) to stand out in a competitive market.
5. Lead Outreach & Opportunity Creation
Build out systems for cold outreach networking and employer engagement.
Actively identify and onboard hiring partners with a focus on startups and new-age employers.
6. Track Measure & Improve Outcomes
Build and maintain up-to-date placement data on the internal Learning Management System (LMS).
Track critical pipeline metrics including outreach applications interviews and offers.
Continuously refine the overall placement strategy based on data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications & Experiences
Experience: 24 years of experience in placements recruitment or other client-facing roles. Experience working with early-career talent students or training programs is a major plus.
Industry Awareness: Strong interest in careers skill development current hiring trends developments in AI and the future of work.
Communication: Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Digital Skills: Familiarity with LinkedIn digital tools and basic content creation.
