Job Summary
The PIM Application Specialist designs develops and maintains Product Information Management solutions on the Stibo Systems STEP platform. The role is responsible for configuring data models workflows business rules and integrations to ensure high-quality product data is efficiently managed and distributed across enterprise systems and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize PIM platforms to support business requirements.
- Develop and maintain product data models taxonomies attributes classifications and workflows.
- Design and support data import/export processes for Smartsheet and APIs.
- Implement data validation enrichment and quality controls.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize system performance.
- Support product data governance and master data management initiatives.

- 5 years of Experience with PIM platforms (Stibo STEP preferred).
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs JSON/XML SQL and data integration patterns.
- One or more of: Java JavaScript/TypeScript PHP Python Groovy SQL.
- Understanding of data modeling ETL processes and master data management.
- Product catalog management
- Data governance and data quality
