Job Responsibilities
- Scan incoming and outgoing shipments using a scanner/mobile application.
- Sort parcels according to destination route PIN code or shipment category.
- Ensure accurate inward and outward scanning of all shipments.
- Handle loading unloading bagging tagging and movement of parcels within the hub.
- Verify shipment details and identify missing damaged or incorrectly sorted packages.
- Maintain proper shipment records and update the system regularly.
- Ensure parcels are dispatched to the correct route/hub within the required TAT.
- Coordinate with delivery and hub teams for smooth shipment movement.
- Follow safety security and operational SOPs.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the sorting area.
