Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned restaurants hotels and food outlets as per daily route plan.
- Collect used cooking oil safely and hygienically from customers.
- Ensure correct weighing and handling of collected oil.
- Punch collection details in the mobile application accurately and in real time.
- Coordinate with the CRM team regarding collection schedules customer issues and updates.
- Maintain proper records and acknowledgments from customers where required.
- Follow company safety hygiene and compliance guidelines during collection.
- Build and maintain good relationships with restaurant and hotel staff.
- Report any discrepancies complaints or operational issues to the supervisor.
- Ensure timely completion of daily targets and routes.
