Photographer Videographer Content Writer & Editor – Marketing

We are looking for a creative and versatile Photographer / Videographer / Content Writer & Editor to create high-quality visual and written content for real estate projects marketing campaigns and corporate branding.

The role will be responsible for end-to-end content creation including photography videography video editing basic copywriting and social media content with a strong focus on showcasing properties projects and the brand effectively.

• Plan and execute professional photography and c properties amenities construction progress and events.
• Create property walkthrough videos project showcase videos reels and promotional content for digital and social media platforms.
• Capture high-quality content for project launches customer testimonials corporate events and marketing campaigns.
• Handle on-site shoots at project locations including interiors exteriors amenities construction activities and completed properties.
• Edit photographs and videos to create polished engaging and brand-aligned content.
• Develop basic written content captions scripts headlines and promotional copy for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Sales and Business Development teams to understand campaign requirements and deliver relevant content.
• Manage the complete content creation process from conceptualization and shooting to editing and final delivery.
• Create content suitable for Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn websites brochures and other digital platforms.
• Maintain an organized library of photographs videos and other marketing assets.
• Ensure consistency in brand guidelines visual quality and messaging across all content.
• Stay updated with current social media trends reels formats photography/video styles and real estate marketing practices.
• Coordinate with external photographers videographers agencies and other creative partners when required.

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in Photography Videography Content Creation and Editing.
• Prior experience in real estate construction architecture interiors hospitality or lifestyle brands will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless cameras lighting composition and professional photography.
• Experience in video shooting property walkthroughs reels and promotional videos.
• Proficiency in video/photo editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects Photoshop Lightroom Final Cut Pro or equivalent software.
• Good understanding of social media content creation and digital marketing.
• Ability to write basic marketing copy captions video scripts and campaign content.
• Strong visual sense creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to independently manage shoots and deliver content within deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and different locations as required.
