Job Summary
Job Role: Phone Banking Officer- Handle customer queries and provide support for digital banking services
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently across various communication channels.
Resolve customer issues provide accurate information and offer solutions in a timely manner primarily using English/Hindi or other regional languages
Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by adhering to service standards and procedures.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Stay updated on product knowledge policies and procedural changes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Completed graduation in any discipline
- Strong communication in Gujarati and/or Bengali along with Hindi and English
- Basic knowledge of digital banking platforms
Working Days: 6 (with 1 rotational week off)
Shift Timings:
Rotational for Male
7am-7pm for Females
Salary: 25000/- CTC (Fixed)
Location: Atlantis Tower Sch 78 Indore
