Job Responsibilities

Plan prepare and deliver engaging Political Science lessons for senior secondary classes (Grades 1112) in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
Implement innovative pedagogical techniques including projectbased learning debates simulations and digital resources to foster critical thinking.
Assess student performance through formative and summative evaluations providing timely feedback and individualized support.
Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate interdisciplinary themes (e.g. History Economics Civics) and promote a holistic learning experience.
Maintain accurate academic records attendance and progress reports using the schools management system.
Participate actively in faculty meetings professional development workshops and school events such as cultural festivals and sports days.
Mentor students for extracurricular activities related to political science including Model United Nations debate clubs and community service projects.
Uphold the schools core values of curiosity creativity compassion and confidence in all classroom and cocurricular interactions.
