Job Responsibilities
- Plan prepare and deliver engaging English language lessons to students at the senior secondary level (Classes XI & XII).
- Develop and update curriculum materials lesson plans and assessment tools in line with the latest educational standards and Board guidelines.
- Conduct regular evaluations assignments and examinations to assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor and guide students in improving their reading writing listening and speaking skills including preparation for competitive examinations.
- Organize and supervise cocurricular activities such as debates elocution creative writing workshops and literary clubs.
- Maintain accurate attendance records grade books and progress reports; communicate performance updates to parents and guardians.
- Participate in faculty meetings professional development programs and institutional events.
- Uphold the institutes values promote a positive learning environment and ensure compliance with safety and disciplinary policies.
Essential Qualifications
- Masters degree in English or a related discipline (e.g. M.A. English Literature M.A. English Language).
- Qualified Teacher Training Certificate (. . or equivalent). . is preferred.
- Clear background check and eligibility to work in India.
- Strong command over English grammar literature and contemporary linguistic trends.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Desired Experience
- Minimum 23 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary (Class 1112) level or higher.
- Demonstrated success in preparing students for board examinations and competitive exams (e.g. JEE NEET civil services).
- Experience using digital teaching tools elearning platforms and classroom technology.
- Active involvement in literary societies workshops or publications is a plus.
