Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
- Plan prepare and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons for classes 11 and 12 as per the NCERT and state board curricula.
- Design and implement practical laboratory sessions ensuring safety protocols and handson learning for all students.
- Develop and evaluate formative and summative assessments providing timely feedback to students and parents.
- Mentor students for competitive exams (e.g. JEE NEET) and guide them in project work and science fairs.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to integrate interdisciplinary approaches and school-wide initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance grades and laboratory inventory.
- Participate in staff development programs parentteacher meetings and extracurricular activities.
Essential Qualifications
- Masters degree in Chemistry (.) or an equivalent postgraduate qualification.
- Bachelors degree in Education (.) or a recognized teachertraining certification.
- Eligibility for teaching at the senior secondary level as per the regulations of the Madhya Pradesh State Education Board.
- Clear teaching eligibility certificate (e.g. TET CTET) or equivalent.
Desired Experience
- At least 24 years of teaching experience in Chemistry at the senior secondary level (Classes 1112).
- Demonstrated ability to conduct laboratory experiments and manage a wellequipped chemistry lab.
- Experience in coaching students for national level entrance examinations is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
