Mechanical Maintenance / Troubleshooting with implementation of all safety standards

Job Description of Position Incumbent

Maintenance knowledge of Pyro section Kiln and IKN Cooler VRM Pfeiffer and ATOX
Spare parts planning and ensure the availability of all critical spares
Root cause analysis of mechanical related problems & issues and suggest/implement improvement actions
Maintain S&S and RPM budget of the section
Effective utilization of section manpower and other resources
Carry out R1/R2 S1/S2 checks as per the PM schedule
Maintaining equipment history in SAP
Good knowledge in SAP
Knowledge on ABG safety standards ISO and WCM systems
Execution of all maintenance jobs safely
