Our client is looking for a Permanent Recruitment Specialist to identify attract and place qualified professionals in full-time positions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills and the ability to manage the recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to placement.

• Understand client hiring requirements and job descriptions.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn job portals and databases.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Manage offer selection and onboarding processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Track recruitment progress and placement activities.

• 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in permanent/IT recruitment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and job portals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field.
