Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Performance Tester with strong hands-on experience in Multi User scripting and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in designing executing and analyzing performance tests particularly for engineering drawings and CAD-related applications.

Develop maintain and execute performance test scripts

Conduct load stress endurance and scalability testing for applications handling drawings and CAD files. Should have conducted hands-on PoCs for deciding approaches

Perform bottleneck analysis and identify system performance issues across application database and infrastructure layers.

Collaborate with developers architects and business analysts to define performance test requirements.

Prepare detailed performance test plans scenarios and reports.

Provide recommendations for optimization based on test results and trend analysis.

Ensure performance testing aligns with business SLAs and KPIs.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience and proficiency in performance test design execution and analysis.

Experience in testing applications involving drawings CAD files or engineering document management systems.

Solid understanding of performance metrics (response time throughput resource utilization).

Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g. Dynatrace AppDynamics Grafana or similar).

Ability to interpret results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
