DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION: (HIGHLIGHT CRITICAL ACTIVITIES)
ensure effective operation and maintenance of RO-DM plant ETP and STP plant.
esure effective data monitoring for all WTP Plants including Borewell
conduct daily GEMBA to all the WTP Plants
maintain 5s and do sludge and wastewater monitoring
ensure statutory compliance are meeting in all the WTP section
ensure timely CIP of RO Plant and Recharging of DM Plant to increase the efficiency and lifecycle of the plant equipment.
prepare daily weekly and monthly reports for MIS.
have the ability of vendor management in case of critical phases of breakdown.
new things and implement them in the section.
