Performance Marketing Manager

Role Overview We are seeking a Performance Marketing professional who will be responsible for planning executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive user acquisition engagement and ROI growth. Key Responsibilities Plan execute and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads Meta Ads and other digital platforms Drive user acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on CAC ROI and conversion efficiency Monitor analyze and optimize campaign performance on a regular basis Collaborate with creative content and product teams to improve campaign effectiveness Conduct A/B testing to improve funnels and conversion rates Manage campaign budgets and ensure optimal media spend utilization Generate performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders Required Skills & Experience 35 years of experience in performance marketing or digital growth roles Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms Good understanding of funnel metrics attribution models and conversion tracking Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment Strong communication and reporting skills
