Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan execute and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Google Ads (Search Display YouTube) LinkedIn Ads
- Manage and allocate budgets efficiently for maximum ROI
- Continuously test creatives audiences and campaign structures
Performance Optimization
- Monitor and improve key metrics: CPL CPA ROAS CTR Conversion Rate
- Identify gaps and implement data-driven optimizations
- Scale campaigns based on performance insights
Funnel & Conversion Thinking
- Collaborate with design and content teams for: Ad creatives Landing pages Lead journeys
- Suggest improvements in funnels and user experience to increase conversions
Reporting & Insights
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
- Share actionable insights (not just numbers)
- Present updates internally and if required to clients
Team Leadership & Expansion
- Manage and mentor junior performance marketers
- Build and scale the performance marketing team
- Define workflows roles and processes
- Ensure quality control across all campaigns
- Participate in hiring onboarding and training
- Create SOPs to reduce dependency on individuals
Requirements
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Proven track record in lead generation / ROI-driven campaigns
- Experience in handling and scaling a performance marketing team
- Strong understanding of:
- Funnels attribution and conversion tracking
- Tools like Google Analytics Tag Manager
- Ability to think strategically while being hands-on
- Strong communication and ownership mindset
