Role Description :

Were seeking a high-impact Performance Marketing Manager with a sharp growth mindset and hands-on experience in scaling Meta campaigns in the beauty or cosmetics direct-to consumer (D2C) space.

Responsibilities:

Plan execute and optimize Meta (Facebook Instagram) campaigns for user acquisition retargeting and conversion.

Handle monthly performance marketing budgets of 35 lakhs ensuring maximum ROI.

Work closely with creative brand and tech teams to roll out high-converting ads.

Monitor campaign metrics: CTR CAC ROAS CPM CPL and retention KPIs.

Use tools such as Meta Ads Manager Google Analytics and third-party dashboards.

Drive full-funnel performance strategies aligned with brand growth goals.

Qualifications:

25 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing in a D2C beauty skincare or cosmetics brand (added advantage).

Proven success managing Meta ad spends of 35L

Strong analytical thinking with a data-first approach.

Familiarity with D2C KPIs and CAC vs LTV models.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
