• We are looking for a highly motivated graduate fresher with strong analytical and organizational skills to join our People Operations team. This role is ideal for candidates who have a good understanding of MS Excel computer applications and data management processes along with excellent communication skills.

• • • Good problem-solving and organizational to learn new systems and processes quickly.
      • Bachelors degree in any discipline (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
      • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (formulas lookup functions pivot tables data management).
      • Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
      • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Base Compensation will be based on various factors unique to each candidate including geographic location skill set experience qualifications and other job-related reasons.

• This position is also eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus in accordance with company policies.
