Job Summary
The Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA) is responsible for designing and delivering complex Pega solutions while providing technical guidance to development teams. This role bridges hands-on development and solution design ensuring scalability reusability and adherence to enterprise standards.
The CSSA works closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions and plays a key role in mentoring System Architects and improving delivery quality.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end solutions for complex business requirements
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to System Architects
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
- Drive reusable components and standard design patterns
- Troubleshoot complex issues and lead defect resolution
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams for solution alignment
- Contribute to defining and refining development standards
- Mentor junior team members and improve team capability
