Job Summary

We are seeking a Payment Posting Executive responsible for accurately posting payments received from insurance companies and patients. The role ensures timely and precise allocation of payments while maintaining compliance with client and process guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
Post insurance and patient payments accurately in billing systems

Review Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA)

Identify and post contractual adjustments denials and write-offs

Reconcile posted payments with bank deposits and reports

Flag discrepancies and escalate issues as per process guidelines

Maintain accuracy and productivity as per defined SLAs and TAT

Required Skills & Competencies

Knowledge of payment posting and EOB/ERA interpretation

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work in night shifts

Basic understanding of US healthcare billing processes (preferred)

Good analytical and data-entry skills
