We are looking for a highly talented Purchasing account Team buyer to join our purchasing team

Our Group:

Joining the material group owning suppliers operational aspects to support our tools around the world.

Role Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Suppliers operational management (Forecast & POs FGIs ECOs obsolete MRP actions transitions Repairs service agreements OTD etc)
• Coordinates/drives purchasing activities with planning and engineering departments to maintain inventory at planned levels.
• Leadssuppliers quality activities in collaboration with manufacturing and engineering departments
• Expedite escalations to ensures timely receipt of materials.
• Practice management without authority
• Leads problem resolution for material related accounting and receiving issues
• Provides input to management regarding suppliers and material status action plans and address long term issues.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors Degree or higher education in relevant field preferred Engineering - Mandatory
• Experience: >6 Years in Purchasing - Mandatory
• SAP MM expertise - Mandatory
• Knowledge of working with OFFICE systems (especially Excel)
• Ability to work and deal with many information systems.
• Service- oriented experienced with suppliers and internal customers
• Independent team player with high negotiation skills
• High level English (writing speaking and reading)
• Excellent presentation skills
• Program management experience
• Commercial orientation
• Excellent problem-solving ability
• Great interpersonal skills
