Job Summary
- Assist the Engineering Supervisor in maintenance of the Painting/Polishing equipment.
- To execute and maintain the painting of the building (interior and exterior).
- Maintain quality of work in order to meet the standards of the company
- Execute any plaster repairs drywall boarding and taping and wallpapering.
- Ensure to perform any type of epoxy coatings.
- Ensure minor glazing and caulking as and when required
- Surface preparation putty and primer application emulsion/enamel painting wood polishing and varnishing colour matching touch-up work minor repair work and adherence to safety standards
Qualifications :
- 23 years relevant experience; preferably in a hotel luxury property commercial building or facility management
- Wood polishing varnishing furniture/door polishing and touch-up work
- Preferred particularly experience in a 4/5-star hotel
