We are looking for an experienced Package Consultant Marketing (Non-Adobe) with strong CRM expertise to join the team.
Requirements
Mandatory Skills:
Hands-on experience with Salesforce or Aurea CRM
Strong experience in Production Support & Incident Resolution
Ability to collaborate with global delivery teams and business users
Good knowledge of SQL
Experience in troubleshooting analysis and issue resolution in CRM environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide production support for CRM applications
- Analyze and resolve incidents within defined timelines
- Coordinate with global teams and stakeholders
