What Youll Be Doing
- Reach out to businesses and professionals through phone calls and digital communication channels.
- Introduce relevant business solutions based on client requirements.
- Identify potential opportunities and assess initial interest levels.
- Coordinate consultations and discussions with internal teams.
- Maintain communication records and activity updates.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective contacts.
- Contribute to business outreach initiatives and pipeline development.
- Collaborate with team members to improve engagement strategies.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in business outreach client engagement customer interaction or related functions within a service-based organization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable discussing online business growth solutions branding initiatives and digital business services.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
- Familiarity with customer databases tracking tools or workflow systems.
- Self-driven organized and goal-focused.
- English Hindi and Marathi communication skills will be an advantage.
